Caviar and Codfish

I'm Robin, a twenty-something living on the western border of New Jersey, right on the Delaware River in Stockton. My boyfriend and I are ethical meat-eaters, and have been for a few years. We buy most of out meat products online or through humane, local sources. I stopped buying eggs in supermarkets a while ago and I've never looked back. I strive to know how the animals I eat were treated during their lives, and I know that grass-fed, free range animals live happily, so that's what I buy. I also write a food-blog, where I have more and more recipes that are focused on the handling and cooking of grass-fed and heirloom meats. I hope someday that this way of eating is how all Americans eat. I'm confident that, with movements like this, America will achieve that goal.
